The Progress tab is where you log weight and body measurements - the two together are what your dashboard trend, targets, and history are all built from. Weight is quick enough to log daily; body measurements are usually a weekly thing.
1. Open the Progress tab
Tap Progress in the bottom navigation.

2. Log today's weight
Pick a day from the 7-day strip at the top (checkmarks show which days already have a check-in), enter Weight (kg), and tap Save weight. If that day already has an entry, a notice says saving will update it - use the trash icon next to it to delete instead.
3. Log body measurements
Under Body measurements & photos, fill in whichever of upper belly, lower belly, hip, chest, left/right arm, and left/right thigh (all in cm) you track, plus an optional note, then tap Save measurements.

When it goes wrong
- I picked the wrong day in the weight strip. Just tap a different day before saving - each day's entry is independent, and picking a day never overwrites another.
- I want to delete a check-in. Tap the trash icon next to an existing entry, then confirm - this is permanent and can't be undone.
- Save failed. A toast tells you and your form stays filled in - nothing is lost, just tap Save weight or Save measurements again.
Once you've logged a few check-ins, see Read your progress for the trend chart, history list, and before/after comparisons they build up. To attach photos to a body check-in, see Add progress photos.
