You'll need:
At least one custom food you created

Got a nutrition value wrong, or found a better serving size? Any custom food you've created can be edited or removed from the Foods library.

1. Open My foods

Tap the utensils icon from the Nutrition tab to open the Foods library, then scroll to My foods - every custom food you've created is listed here.

The Foods library with My foods listing Protein pancake at 220 kcal per 100g, with pencil and trash icons on its row, and an Add custom food button above.

2. Edit the food

Tap the pencil icon next to the food. The same form used to create it opens, pre-filled with its current values - name, nutrients, basis (per 100 g or per unit), and its serving if it has one.

The Edit custom food form for Protein pancake in Per unit mode, with Unit weight 50g, Protein 10g, Carbs 9g, Fat 3.5g, computed Calories 108, and a Save changes button.

3. Save your changes

Update whatever needs fixing, then tap Save changes.

4. Delete the food

Tap the trash icon next to the food, then confirm Delete food. This can't be undone.

When it goes wrong

  • Deleting fails and mentions plans or logs. The food is still used somewhere - remove it from any meal plans and from your day log, then try deleting again.
  • My edits reset the food's serving. Switching from Per 100 g to Per unit hides the serving section; switch back to see it again.
