A workout plan is a reusable split - Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, or your own full-body routine - that you build once and start sessions from. This is where you create the plan itself; adding the actual exercises to each day comes right after.
1. Open workout plans
From the workout tab, tap Manage plans. If this is your first plan, tap New plan on the plans page.

2. Name the plan and pick a split
Enter a name for the plan, then choose a split under Split:

- Full body - one day.
- Push / Pull / Legs - three days.
- Upper / Lower - two days.
- A / B - two days.
Each option shows how many days it creates. Picking a split just decides the plan's starting days and their names - every day name stays fully editable afterward, exactly like a day you'd add yourself.
3. Create the plan
Tap Create plan. You land on the plan editor with your chosen days already there as empty tabs, ready for exercises.
When it goes wrong
- The plan doesn't show up on the workout tab as your active plan. Creating a plan doesn't make it active automatically. Go to Manage your workout plans and activate it - only one plan can be active at a time.
- The name field won't submit. A plan needs a name - the form blocks submission and shows an error until you enter one.
