Your goal - lose, maintain, or gain weight, at a chosen weekly rate - is what your daily calorie and protein targets are built from. Revisit it any time your goal changes.

1. Open My goals

Tap the gear icon on the dashboard for Settings, then My goals. You can also get there by tapping the BMR row near the bottom of the dashboard.

The Settings page: Account details, Theme and Week starts on pickers, then Body profile, My goals, and Coach Mode rows with My coaches below.

2. Review your current goal and targets

The top of the page shows your current goal, a summary of your body profile (height, age, sex), and your computed daily targets (calories, protein, carbs, fat). If your body profile is incomplete, or you haven't logged a weight yet, this shows what's missing instead of numbers.

The My goals screen: a current goal of losing 0.5 kg/week, a body profile of 178 cm, age 32, male, and daily targets of 1565 kcal, 145g protein, 150g carbs, and 43g fat, above the goal-change form.

3. Change your goal

Pick Lose weight, Maintain weight, or Gain weight. Losing or gaining also needs a weekly rate.

4. Save

Tap Save goal. If you have an active nutrition plan, Koach asks whether to update that plan's macro targets to match your new goal - Update plan applies them, Not now leaves the plan as it is (your goal is saved either way).

You can also set a Weekly workout target further down the page - an optional override for the dashboard's weekly training goal. Leave it blank to derive it automatically from your active workout plan.

When it goes wrong

  • My targets show as incomplete. You need both a logged weight (see Do your weekly check-in) and a complete body profile (Settings → Body profile: height, date of birth, sex).
  • Save failed. A toast tells you and nothing changes - tap Save goal again.
  • I don't want to update my plan's targets right now. Tap Not now - your goal change is already saved, only the plan's own targets stay as they were until you update them (from here or from the plan itself).
