Progress photos attach to a body check-in alongside your measurements, so you can look back and see the change your numbers describe. This covers adding, saving, and removing them.

1. Open the photos section

On the Progress tab, find Progress photos inside Body measurements & photos.

The Progress tab scrolled to the expanded Body measurements & photos section: a Measurements card with Progress photos reading 'Optional - up to 6 photos' above a single empty add-photo tile with a plus icon, followed by the cm measurement fields and a Save measurements button.

2. Add a photo

Tap the + tile, then choose Take photo or Choose from library - the library option lets you pick more than one at once. You can have up to 6 photos on a single check-in; the add tile disappears once you hit that.

3. Save to upload

A newly added photo shows a Not saved yet badge - it's only stored locally until you tap Save check-in, which uploads it alongside your measurements.

4. View a photo full screen

Tap any saved photo to open it full screen - a photo still marked Not saved yet isn't tappable yet. A counter at the top ("2 of 4") shows where you are when the check-in has more than one photo. Pinch, double-tap, or hold Ctrl and scroll to zoom in up to 4x, then drag to pan around; the zoom buttons at the bottom do the same without a gesture. At normal size, swipe to move between the other photos, or use the arrow keys - the chevron buttons on the sides work at any zoom level, and Home/End jump straight to the first or last photo. Close with X, the Escape key, tapping outside the photo, or swiping down (only at normal size).

5. Remove a photo

Before saving, tap the X on the photo to drop it. After it's uploaded, tap the trash icon on it instead - this deletes it right away, with no confirmation step.

When it goes wrong

  • A photo won't process. The file is likely corrupt or an unsupported format - try a different photo.
  • "2 photos didn't upload. Save again to retry." The toast names the count - those stay marked Not saved yet, so tap Save check-in again to retry just them.
  • "You can add up to 6 photos." Remove one first (uploaded or not-yet-saved), then add the new one.
  • I removed a photo I didn't mean to. There's no undo - an unsaved removal just discards the local file, and deleting an uploaded photo is permanent.
