Find your weight trend, body check-in history, before/after comparisons, and daily activity in one place.

You'll need:
A few check-ins logged - see Do your weekly check-in

Once you've logged a few check-ins, Koach turns them into a trend on your dashboard and a full history you can browse and compare on the Progress tab.

1. Weight trend on the dashboard

Your dashboard shows a line chart of recent weight check-ins, with the change over that whole period shown as text below it, then the lowest and highest values labeled, plus your current check-in streak. Tap, hover, or press and drag with a single finger or the mouse to inspect any one point's exact date and weight - a single touch only ever reads one point, however far you drag it. To compare two dates instead, touch the chart with two fingers, or hold Shift while dragging with a mouse: the span between the two points you land on fills in behind the line, and the change between them replaces the summary below the chart. There's also a Compare button beside the range buttons that opens two date pickers, From and To - no gesture needed, and it's the way to compare using a keyboard or screen reader. However you compare, letting go returns to the whole-period summary in that same spot, so the card never reflows.

The dashboard: a Today card (next meal, today's workout, and a compact macro summary) above the weight trend line chart, with a change readout reading '-0.2 kg (-0.2%)' below it, then Min: 80.6 kg and Max: 82 kg labels, and a 15-day check-in streak card below that.

2. This week's training on the dashboard

Further down the dashboard, This week's training shows a ring for how many workouts you've completed against your target for the week that's currently running - the target comes from your Weekly workout target if you set one (see Set your goals), or your active workout plan's day count otherwise.

Which day starts that week follows Week starts on in Settings, beside Language and Theme: Follow device (the default) reads your phone or browser's region, not the app's display language, so an English-reading user in Israel still gets a Sunday-through-Saturday week. Pick Sunday or Monday yourself to fix it regardless of region.

3. Body check-in history

On the Progress tab, under Body measurements & photos, scroll to History: every past body check-in, newest first, with its date, whichever measurements you logged, and a photo count if any were attached.

4. Compare two check-ins

Below the history list, Compare lets you pick any two check-ins from two dropdowns. You'll see their photos side by side and a table of the change in each measurement between them.

5. Daily activity on the calendar

Further down the Progress tab, History shows a full month calendar. A dot on a day means nutrition was logged complete, a workout session was recorded, or a daily check-in was saved - tap the day to open a panel with three sections - Nutrition, Workouts, and Check-in - plus a View nutrition and a View workouts link. The check-in section shows the day's weight rather than linking anywhere. This calendar's rows start on the same day set in Week starts on, above.

The Progress tab's History section: a full month calendar for September 2026 with colored dots on recent days marking logged nutrition, workouts, and check-ins, the selected day (3) highlighted, above the collapsed Body measurements & photos section.

When it goes wrong

  • Compare isn't showing anything. Pick two different check-ins - the same one twice, or only one selected, shows a prompt instead of a comparison.
  • A compare column has no photo. Only photos that were actually attached to that check-in show - an empty column just means none were added that day.
  • A day I know I trained on has no dot. Dots reflect what was actually saved - a planned or in-progress session that was never logged as complete won't show one yet.
  • Couldn't load the calendar or history. A retry button appears - tap it once your connection is back.
  • My week starts on the wrong day. Follow device goes by your phone or browser's region, not the language you read Koach in - if that's still wrong for you, or you just want a fixed choice, set Sunday or Monday yourself in Settings → Week starts on.
