Once you have more than one plan, or a plan you've outgrown, you'll want to switch, tidy up, or clear things out. All of that happens from one screen.
1. Open Meal plans
From the Nutrition tab, tap the clipboard icon to open Meal plans (Koach's name for the list of nutrition plans). Every plan you've created is listed here, newest first, with archived plans tucked into a collapsed Archived section at the bottom.

2. Activate a plan
Tap Activate on a plan's card. The active plan is the one that populates your daily log - it gets an Active badge, and any previously active plan loses it.
3. Edit a plan
Renaming and retargeting happen inside the plan, not on this list: tap the plan's name to open its editor, then tap the pencil icon next to the plan title there. That opens Edit meal plan, where you change the name or the daily targets and tap Save changes.

4. Archive a plan
Tap the archive icon to move a plan into the collapsed Archived section at the bottom of the list. Archiving hides a plan you're not using without deleting its meals.
5. Restore an archived plan
Expand Archived and tap the restore icon on the plan you want back. It returns to the main list, inactive, ready to be activated again.
6. Delete a plan
Tap the trash icon, then confirm Delete plan in the dialog. This permanently removes the plan and everything in it - meals, foods, and alternatives.
When your coach manages a plan
A plan your coach built for you carries a Coach plan badge in the list, and opens with a banner naming the coach who manages it: "Your logging is still yours - this plan's content is read-only." You can follow it and log against it exactly as you would your own plan; what you cannot do is change what is in it.
Two buttons sit in that banner:
- Follow this plan - makes it your active plan, so your day is built from it.
- Duplicate to edit - creates a copy - the same name with (copy) appended - owned by you and fully editable. The copy is marked "Originally built by your coach - yours to edit now", and your coach's original is left untouched.
Deleting a coach's plan is permanent and your coach is not notified - duplicate it first if you want to keep the programming.
When it goes wrong
- "Activate" fails with an archive-related message. The plan is archived; restore it first.
- "Archive" fails, telling you to activate another plan first. You're trying to archive your currently active plan - activate a different one, then archive this one.
- I deleted the wrong plan. Deletion can't be undone. Recreate it with Create a nutrition plan.
