The exercise library is the same search you use everywhere you pick an exercise - building a plan, adding one mid-workout, or just browsing on its own page. This guide covers browsing it directly.
1. Open the library
From the workout tab, tap Exercises next to Manage plans. The search box is at the top.
2. Search and filter
Start typing an exercise name. Search runs once you've typed at least two characters; matching results then appear grouped by muscle group. Narrow further with the Muscle group and Equipment dropdowns - they filter the results you already searched for, so change your search text first if you want a different exercise entirely.

3. View an exercise's details
Tap any result to open its details: the muscles it targets and, if one's available, a demo video you can watch right there. If there's no video yet, you can search for the exercise on YouTube instead.

4. Your custom exercises
Below the search, My exercises lists every exercise you've added yourself. From there you can edit or delete any of them.

When it goes wrong
- A custom exercise won't delete. If it's used in a workout plan or has logged session history, deleting is blocked - remove it from those places first, then try again.
- Search shows nothing at all. Search needs at least two characters. Until it has them the results area shows the hint "Search the exercise library by name" instead of results.
